Abstract

Amphotericin B (Amp B) was discovered by some researchers Gold et al., (1956) [1], who were studying a strain of Streptomyces nodosus, an aerobic actinomycete, obtained from the Orinoco River Valley of Venezuela. The antibiotic was isolated by Vandeputte et al., (1956) [2]. In this present review article we summarized Amp B of clinical adavatages and complications.
